Should any additional equipment be required, we are happy to organise the hire of it for you at an additional cost. There are also upgrades available and accommodation packages.

Green Conferencing

All conferences and meetings held at the Mercure Centro Hotel are carbon neutral. By hosting a carbon neutral meeting at the Mercure Centro Hotel you take a small yet vital step towards making a difference to the environment.

Any greenhouse gases produced by use of the hotel's conference facilities such as air conditioning, lighting or catering are offset by the hotel by funding energy efficient sources through the Carbon Reduction Institute.

Together with the Carbon Reduction Institute the Mercure Centro Hotel calculates each meetings carbon emissions and offsets them by using carbon credits accredited under the Federal Government's Greenhouse Friendly scheme.

Companies are then issued with a carbon reduction certificate which states the total amount of the greenhouse offset.

Mercure Hotels follows Accor's global environmental charter which has actions in place to reduce energy and water consumption and improve waste management and recycling.
